It's about those framing devices being awesome combat mechs, as well, and about taking from them the strength to go into the world as yourself, and a few other things as well. Framing Devices is a small RPG about playing people who have trouble facing the world as they are, who've been marked by some strange and terrible invisible fire. It's about using framing devices, or 'frames', to interact with the world, and how that can feel.
