* In HOBSS (short for Hobgoblins), you assume the role of an ordinary hobgoblion who has managed to convince some goblins to go along with your plan and risk their lives in order to aid yours or get a favor from whatever monster is currently bullying them. You also must be prepared for one goblin becoming another's successor, as long they haven't sent all of the others into certain death (as determined by rolling dice). The game can work well with two 12-sided die and six 6 - sided ones in play simultaneously or more if desired to make it even less complex. * Requires minimal setup time since no equipment is required, though you will need at least one twelve-sided die as a core component for gameplay purposes; the rest of your components may vary by preference depending on how many dice are being used and what kind they're (including six sided ones).
