An initiative system designed for osr and modern games

Create a pool with all the tokens of the participants in the fight: Each PC must have a number of tokens equal to the Initiative Value and a distinct color. Every character has a base Initiative Value of 2. When a fight breaks out you gather up the player tokens and a number of enemy tokens equal to the total Initiative Value of all enemies.
