No towns out this way. A farmstead here and there. Maybe a family home or two clustered together. A quiet place, unimposing. Unremarkable, really, save for the tall stump of a once grand tree. The Wyr and the Whelve is an 8-page mini-'zine written for #PocketPlaces Jam 2021. It was designed to give players a narrative prompt for exploring their characters' backstories. Designed on MOSAIC Strict principles, the setting is easily adaptable to most fantasy role-playing games.
