Panels and Powers is a rules-light TTRPG system created by Ian Frost and Chance Encounters RPG. It is designed for comics-inspired superhero adventures without all the cumbersome math of other systems in that genre. The game is actively played on The First City, the flagship actual play series of Chance Encounters RPG on YouTube; we now invite you mighty champions to try it for yourselves!
