Issue by Issue is an in-development superhero Powered by the Apocalypse tabletop RPG! Create superheroes and make your Moves as you adventure in a universe full of heroes and villains.  This is a playtest version of the game, and may not be reflective of the final game! This has enough mechanics and rules to create two Player Characters and run a game up until level 3 for those characters.
