Brienwoood is a tabletop roleplaying game about building an uprising against bloodthirsty vampires who dominate their world. The story revolves around four main characters struggling for freedom and liberation in the face of oppression from these vampire overlords, but ultimately seeking out unlikely allies to aid them in overthrowing this oppressive regime through various means such as masks forged with magic wood that spill human (rich) or other supernatural blood sources while also strengthening their movements. The game offers license information on creating derived works based upon Brinkwoood material and suggestions for building memorable settings, including a setting bible for reference use to create more detailed characters' backgrounds in the lore of this world-building phenomenon created by designer Matt Mercer.
