The Tactician is a character in Dungeons & Dragons who specializes in being prepared for any situation or event while having no set moves to rely on except their Extra Mechanic The Best Laild Plans ability which allows them access and flexibility during gameplay, but with the risk of losing plans altogether.     ORACLE: A Character Inspired by Oracle from DC Universe that uses this system as a tool for its versatility in combat situations while maintaining focus to help others rather than itself. Cyclops is also inspired because it has no set moves and focuses on being adaptable, taking chances with plans at the risk of losing them altogether instead of relying solely on those which have been successful thus far but could prove risky if not executed properly or even lost entirely due to external factors beyond its control such as a group member going rogue.
