Evil Hat's Rulebook is an RPG rules engine that allows players to create their own tabletop roleplaying games using Fate as its primary system. The game features four landscape pages, covering topics such as combat mechanics and character creation processes while also providing a comprehensive overview of the core systems in use by every edition released so far (from 3rd to 5th). Additionally included are summaries for GMs on rules related contests/challenges, campaign milestones used throughout various campaigns.
