3D10 to Hell is a campaign scaffold for use with RPGs and designed specifically towards the game Weiird West. It provides starting ideas and supporting material that can be used by GMs while still offering plenty of room for growth based on their desired direction in storytelling, along with NPC references (with story hooks) as backup options should they need it later during play-through sessions. The suggested cheat sheet helps get the campaign off to a good start; however, this scaffold does not contain prewritten encounters or character generation tools within its contents page itself.
