Lovers' Quarantine is a tabletop role-playing game where players play as harems competing for love. The Master of Ceremonies controls NPCs, while player character are controlled by the MC and compete against other harems in power grid gameplay with tarot card resolution system that adds new details to the game. Players can build momentum using matching stats on a suit drawn from their deck or spend it when needed; Major Arcana cards add bonuses for force-wielding fun, while Ace cards allow players to control others' outcomes through comedy and romance options in different play modes with character selection choices per type of mode focus/play style.
