The player takes on the role of Tranquilite's crew and finds themselves in a mysterious space vortex after their ship is sucked into it by an unknown cosmic phenomenon called "the Space Storm." They are forced to explore this new world, where they encounter hostile creatures like Ezoks and must face potential dangers such as radiation exposure. The adventure culminates with the discovery of hidden treasure on Bendor's surface that could be used for a future space exploration mission or traded off in various ways depending upon player preference during game play sessions.
