This is not a game development tool. It is rules for a card game that happens to have "dev kit" in the name. Pink Godzilla Dev Kit is a suit-building card game where players try to complete sets of cards representing different elements of a video game like the title, characters and gear. The game has no solo mode, so I created one for the Remix Reuse Recycle game jam.  You will need a copy of Pink Godzilla Dev Kit to play this remix, though it is unfortunately out of print (and the store that sold it is called Pink Gorilla now). These rules have been released under a CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
