You are wandering kind-hearted fae, good neighbors on a long adventure through portals into the human world. The portals open near places you are needed, though it is not always immediately obvious what that need actually is, or who the need belongs to. Each of you is dressed in your wandering finery; an outfit utterly unearthly in its unique design, and (whether it looks it or not) absolutely brimming with pockets. Every pocket has a magical talisman inside, something that found you when you needed it and that has traveled with you waiting to find the one who needs it next. Most humans do not recognize you for who you are, but when one does, they approach you, the hope in their hearts shining bright.
