The Handler is an adventurer class for Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition inspired by Pokemon. Players become Handlers, who bond with and raise magical monsters to gain power in combat situations. They can use potions made from natural plucky found along the way or create their own concoctions using a custom character sheet provided as part of the PDF release package available on DndClassics website (link included at end). The class provides three Schools of Mastery, which focus on different aspects such as wisdom based Caretakers to heal and buffs half-casters for utility allies in combat; ranged fighters with strong Companion abilities that can join them during adventures. Players start out shy but grow power over the course of leveling up by bonding with their magic companions using potions or traits from various skillsets, including a special character sheet provided as part of this release package on DndClassics website (link included at end). The Handler class is designed for running Pokemon-themed campaigns in Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition.
