In this game where players act as bosses for a criminal syndicate that operate across different districts within their own country, they work together and compete against rival groups. The first round brings up new challenges to the player's ability by having them choose which of each type (doctor, electrician or musician) will be in the team along with an assistant worker such as doctor who helps you deal out jobs and manage your gang at night while being a good listener during day shifts where they can make their own deals without any interruption. The second round challenges players to come up with creative ideas for stealing money from other gangs' districts, which will earn them more points but also require different tactics than the ones previously used in order to avoid getting caught by rival groups or police forces who are always on high alert against syndicates running amok across their territory and can call upon help if needed. The third round adds a new dimension of unpredictability where players must decide which gang member will be out doing an unplanned job, such as visiting the home district to collect information about them, before going back into action for another night shift that they would not otherwise take part in but still bring their valuable skills and contacts with him/her.
