Phoenix Rising includes a mysterious urn that has been discovered during demolition at an old warehouse site; it is fenced off, but later on fire breaks out in which CCTV cameras recorded burning figure leaving the building who then stopped and drove away while getting into his car before driving towards unknown directions. What does he plan to do next? Will hunters succeed in stopping him or will they fail as always causing chaos leading them all around town trying not only solve this mystery but also their other issues with no real answers coming from a variety of sources, leaving everyone at the loss for options and eventually giving up on hunting down more clues.
