 A small and easy to use set of procedures made for the 2023 One Page RPG Game Jam. Inspired by Blades in the Dark's Progress Clocks, the following is a set of rules for handling the various Plots and Schemes of a given Faction(s) in a TTRPG Campaign. These rules are both useful for generating rumors for sandbox games, or to help with adjudicating a player owned faction for that elusive domain game. You will need the following : Pen(cil) and Paper (or a digital equivalent)a handful of d6s (standard playing dice) Licensing Note:  This work falls under CC 4 International, you may adapt and redistribute any work based on these rules as long as you credit me.
