FLIP is a one-page tabletop roleplaying game for 3-5 players. It is a GM-less story game using a six-sided die and a standard Jenga tower. This house is full of strange secrets, and people say it’s unsellable. But your rag-tag team of designers and entrepreneurs believe you can flip it for a profit. What could go wrong? You play as a team of house-flippers trying to deal with the property's many strange problems and sell it at a profit. Hopefully it won't all fall down before you have a chance to cash in!
