As long as they are small, the world is big, and factions are messy and complicated: this supplement should work for you. This supplement is modular and system/setting agnostic! It doesn't matter whether your player characters are a plucky band of spacefaring rebels or a party of dungeon-delving treasure hunters. Bonds and Grudges is a simple, one page supplement that gives you a subsystem for keeping track of the way that the big factions in your world interact with a small band of adventurers (or whatever flavour of assorted miscreants make up your party).
