The Zine

From the violent Aries, to the comical persona of Charlie Chaplin, character archetypes have been around since we started telling stories. Our fascination of how individuals can build on their unique traits and perspectives has led to an amazing array of character types. 

This 24 page zine is my exploration into these ideas, merging the Chinese zodiac and the 12 archetypes together into a storytelling and ttrpg tool for you to bring your characters to life.

Features

The zine includes 12 separate archetypes for writers and players to explore. These are defined through a brief description of the archetype and a set of 7 traits. 

Reflect on what makes these characters whole, strong, and human. Meditate on the archetypes and connect to the collective unconscious.
