The game is a story of two factions in the fantasy city who are fighting for control over its magic-charged energy source - an enormous machine that can manipulate gravity to create portals between planes. As players take on various characters from different backgrounds, they must navigate politics and alliances while also engaging with intense combat scenarios as well as nonlinear storytelling elements such as freeform conversations about the nature of love or a mysterious message left in their path by another player character's ancestor (which could be used to influence events later).
