Keep It Together is about your body and its transformation after being infected by the "Body Horror," or Dysmorphia virus that turns you into an object of disgust to those around you while making it hard for others feel bad towards anyone associated with you, no matter how much they try. The game involves a mix between storytelling elements like character development as well as horror- themed choices in decision trees and random events leading up to the outcome where your survival will be dependent on who can provide better care or support than those around them, while dealing with various negative consequences of Dysmorphia's symptoms that you have not seen before.
