Ex Novo is a physical game that helps players build and populate fictional villages with up to three friends. The game takes place in an age-based sequence of phases where events are generated through dice rolls, the map gets bigger over time as history unfolds, factions rise or fall based on player decisions during development phase, dominant landmarks get named for final touches at topping out point while adding new ideas and stories with third party license to grow their creativity.
