One player is also required to play the role of the Master of Time and Space (MTS), their job is to introduce the mystery, describe the world to the PCs and play all the non-player characters (NPCs). It requires between 2 to 5 players to play the adventurers that travel between worlds solving mysteries called player characters (PCs). There are four crews to play: The Machine; the crew has access to a phenomenal and ancient technology which can travel in time.
