The goal is to run a hyper-efficient fantasy tabletop RPG unencumbered by vivid descriptions, whimsy, or even the most basic level of storytelling. Dungeons Without Love or Imagination is a dungeon crawl stripped down to beyond the bare essentials. All you need a GM, 2+ players, some six-sided dice, and a complete lack of imagination.
