An adventure for first-level characters set in a world where ghosts roam freely after an apocalyptic event led to their demise and hauntings return as zombies. The story follows seven different monsters, including silent ones (zombies), automatons powered by souls with doll features, spirits who have died twice due to the curse of being faceless or having memory loss/no life force, blood-fed ghosts hunting in caverns for victims to feed on after a second death, revenant ghost hunters seeking vengeance and release from their past victim's soul chains before they too die again (or at least until something else happens), nether realm entity with no identity but seeks revenge against its former masters/victims as well. The ghosts are described in the "memoir" section of this document to add more narrative nuance for low-level adventures and create a greater sense of horror, while also weaving together an overall story where players can start their adventure at level 1 after finding each other through wandering from place to place searching for shelter or safety before discovering that ghosts have returned in the form they know best.
