You are Xander Orcist, M.D., a medium and exorcist posing as a medical doctor in an emergency room. The people of this world are not yet ready to know the otherworldly secrets that you know, but many of the patients in this hospital are in fact suffering from possession by evil spirits! You must find and save these patients before they undergo unnecessary medical procedures. But meanwhile, real patients with bonafide medical emergencies are being placed in your care, and you must ensure that they do get the medical attention they need.
