I teach a course called "Educational Gaming Lab", where students learn about principles of tabletop game design as well as why games can be fantastic tools to promote learning of all kinds.   I am passionate about all sorts of tabletop gaming, from board games to LARPs and escape rooms - but especially tabletop role-playing games. I also routinely present at international conferences about using tabletop games within pedagogical contexts, particularly in language learning classes and curricula.
