Passerine is me, Sarah Willson, a writer, editor, player, and designer of digital curios. I like games that are good-hearted, clever, and surprising, so that's what I aim for when I'm creating a puzzle or text adventure. A passerine is a bird with three toes pointing forward and one pointing backward, both to facilitate perching and to remind them that although there is only one way back, there are several ways forward.
