It seeks answers to the visions. To this end they are deliberately ambiguous but hint at dark locations, dangerous fauna and flora and the grim occupants of an imagined landscape. A great tool for GM's to spark some inspiration, present to their players as omens, memories or predictions, or build whole adventures around with a bit of imagination.
