If you divide the deck into five piles of cards with matching symbols then each pile represents a single d20. You can also order a print-on-demand version of this deck from DriveThruRPG! You can use these cards as an alternative to rolling dice in situations where you have a small space or don't want your dice to get away from you. As a single bundle of five d20s Unless you do quite a bit of replacing and reshuffling you won't get the same distribution of numbers as rolling dice, but using the entire deck as a single draw pile should still give you a nice range of random results.
