The VISITOR'S GUIDE offers GMs a complete playset and toolkit to mine for their own games while also providing players with unique adventure hooks, NPCs, evocative locations, traditions/customs of the Rainy City (the rain-soaked city at the end of time), seasonal events in four distinct seasons along with holidays.
