The money noted on the Circumstance Card is distributed, and then the game begins. When a player reaches a certain number of Lottery Cards (you decide how long you want the game to be), everyone flips over their Lottery Cards and sees if they won the pot. At the beginning of the game, each player draws a Character Card, and a Circumstance Card.
