The story follows protagonist (Player) as they are trapped in One Eternal Day, cursed with immortality and forced into delivering justice or receiving wishes from the children's souls at night; their list determines choices made throughout playtime until daybreak when a new character is introduced to replace them. INTRODUCTION: The player starts off by taking on one of several characters that will be present during gameplay, each with unique traits and motivations for interacting in certain ways within the game's world. As they progress through their journey, choices made throughout playtime allow players to determine how long it takes until a new character is introduced as Player's list grows longer; if too many wishes are granted on one night by children or other characters that may want revenge against someone who wronged them in previous plays of the game, there will be an inevitable confrontation between the two. GAMEPLAY: The gameplay primarily focuses around choices made within a "day" (a time period). Players' lists determine what actions they can take during their day; for example, if Player's first character grants wishes to children or makes decisions that would cause others harm later in playtime, those consequences will carry over onto the next night.
