Mask of Ignis Ignis, a fiery volcanic island off the coast of Victorian England is a strange and dangerous place. The Mask of Ignis has a heavy Noir and Comic inspired theme, as the city's social system and issues motivate epic hero and villain stories, riddled with surprise reveals and twists. Densely populated with super-powered people, the island is heavily divided; the Peaks: land of elite and the Hero’s Court, The Middle: where the common folk live under the protection of The Hero, and the Deep: a deadly underwater area crawling with disorganised factions of villains, vying for power amongst the slums.
