You and a group of friends find yourselves trapped in a nightmare with only one way out- either all leave alive or they must sacrifice themselves for the greater good (escape by defeating an evil spirit). The deck is shuffled, cards are dealt to each player at game start. On your turn you draw from deck/hand play another card and apply effect; reveal voo doos doll then add back into deck if turned over before discarding it again otherwise lose next round of gameplay (revival rule) Shuffle the stack after every endgame, cards are added to new pile in a specific order.
