Further along the river, according to ancient legends, lies an underground realm, a gigantic cavern so immense that inside it grew a dense forest of giant mushrooms. Inhabited by countless plants and animals, the likes of which can be found nowhere else. Legends further say that an ancient, wise people once built a temple there. There are said to be still rich treasures there, almost forgotten by time and waiting to be discovered by brave adventurers. This small Cairn adventure was submitted as part of Cairn: Forest of Another Name Jam 2022. A german version is available here.
