The story is set in a world where magic exists alongside technology but the balance between them has been disrupted by an unknown force that threatens everyone's existence including cats themselves who have become sentient beings with their own thoughts like any other animal species except for one difference; they can communicate telepathically. This mysterious cat-human hybrid race called cyborgs are a unique and dominant population in this world, ruling over the rest of humanity but maintaining an uneasy truce between them is required to prevent all out war which would destroy everything that exists on earth including their own kind as well as other creatures like cats who have become sentient beings with thoughts just like any animal species.
