I made this weather generator to work with a playing card deck so that (1) you get the immersive feeling of revealing a knowable unknown on the horizon and (2) so anyone can use it for free. There's just a different feeling between revealing a knowable unknown (drawing a card) vs revealing an unknowable unknown (rolling dice). A 52-card deck is also perfect for determining the significant weather-of-the-week that the players will encounter in a 52-week year.
