If you wish to play this dungeon on its own, you can replace the olm hermit by a party of mice villagers concerned that their source is not running anymore. If you investigate, you will find what (or who) is cluttering the source — as well as an interested third party. An underground lake has dried up, replaced by a strange water that causes the skin to itch and burn.
