A slice-of-life and immortal romance game about two angel wings who fall in love with Earth, the Bureaucracy that controls them both. The characters live on Earth among its diverse population of humans while struggling to come out as queer individuals within their respective bureaucracies at home above ground level or Heaven Above Ineffable Bureaucraccy - a conflict between traditional bureaucratic power and personal desires for freedom and intimacy in relationships with others who are different from themselves, such as angels.
