Through the Valley of the Manticore is an adventure module designed for use with Old-School Essentials

The story takes place on the forbidding canyonlands, where only those brave enough venture into dangerous territory for trade or commerce between city-states that rely heavily on it being open unimpeded. The player characters must navigate through these treacherous conditions to reach their destinations and may be surprised by what they find along the way: a small military fortification guarding precious relics in natural caves, or even an unnatural monster threatening them with its cunning plan of enslavement as well as strength
