The other is a stupid customer full of stupid questions, coming to the bookstore at the last minute to buy a book they know almost nothing about. Imagine a customer coming to the children’s section and asking for the book with the dog on the cover. Now imagine that happens roughly one to five hundred times a week, and you know how booksellers feel.
