Pine Shallows
Pine Shallows is an adventure-heavy tabletop roleplaying game in which players take on roles as teenagers who investigate strange occurrences and supernatural happenings at a small coastal town, while trying to leave before dinner time each day with their parents' permission granted by the mysterious mayor. The gameplay revolves around randomly generated Plot Points tokens that grant narrative control over player characters (characters have distinct character backgrounds such as "The Mysterious Orphan," Wiz Kid or New kid in Town). A 5-page PDF guidebook is included, which serves as an introductory document to help players understand the game's mechanics and setting. The book also includes a detailed appendix with information on characters, locations, supporting cast members (such as "The Mysterious Orphan," Wiz Kid or New kid in Town), events that take place during certain times of year ("Strange Things Keep Happening"), character backgrounds such as Catcher Of The Day starting adventure, and credits for the game's creators.
