In the year 199X, a nuclear accident in Z-TEK Industrial/Haibition District led to an experimental atomic weapon being used with quarantine of survivors and all remaining people living within RAD Zone 1 must band together as mercenaries scavengers who rise above their ashes. The game is fully functional on its own but can also be played alongside other cyberpunk games such the COMPLEX series or 199x: SHUTDOWN to gain additional player options, setting information, cover design and layout by Minerva McJanda with a base image credit from Patrick Schätz for his reference.
