In MeaN Streets it's an open world RPG where players must fight their way from city-to-city using various weapons, items or abilities to survive against other gangs. It has a scripting system that allows multiple people in the group use enemy decision trees communally with d10s and add on game mechanics such as "Roving" for stealth mode which can be used by any character at anytime
