The Season of Crow is a series of rules expansions being written for Crowns RPG's that will be compiled into one final text at the end, with 9 releases so far in total.The expansion focuses on "the season when it feels like all you do is fly." Players can visit three different locations and engage enemies from an ever-growing list of weapons ranging from guns to swords or even magic wands that they must defeat through combat using their character's skills, stats, abilities, equipment, spells, etc. The players will experience random events such as being pulled by a mysterious force while flying around the city with no way back up and also have encounters with other characters who are involved in an ongoing conflict between factions based on different themes like politics or religion that they must navigate through to reach their goal of finding peace. There is plenty of detail provided for all aspects including character creation, equipment management, skills and perks points earned from defeating enemies which can be used by the player's allies (using loyalty mechanics) in turn-based combat as well as special abilities granted after completing certain events or quests to help achieve success through unique challenges like navigating a dense forest filled with wolves. - The Season of Crow RPG will have 9 releases and focus on
