Formacion de Jugadores De RPG (RPGistas) is an educational project that aims to train players of RPGs and creators in creating their own games. The ten-member team consists of programmers, designers, managers, teachers/instructors for the course programmed by Lampião Game Studio & RPGWord, a website where people can create new games based on various topics explained through short expositions with an A4 format pamphlet and verse written in minimalistic style. The training period lasts three hours each day over two periods: morning theory followed by practical activities for the large public audience at noon. The course is built around concept designs, theme-based explanation of content guides paired up with debates and presentations on various topics such as storytelling techniques while practicing exercises based in an A4 format pamphlet
