A restaurant, located in a bustling city called Kergoz City, has multiple locations and uses immersive imagery to create an experience for its customers that can only be described as visceral, disgusting or unsettling. The player characters must navigate through the three-level burger joint while also dealing with cultists who are trying to steal their recipe during this time of conflict between factions within the city's elite WASP OF KERGOS community and Kergoz rebels such as BugGrub Burger itself seeking independence from its creators Stockelm Kreatell.
